CRC Inc. is proud to be partnering with BrightStar Senior Living, Berengaria Development and M & A Architects to design and construct the new BrightStar Senior Living Community in Mason Ohio. The community will be approximately 33,500 sq ft with a mix of Assisted Living and Memory Care units. Design is underway with construction starting late spring of 2019.

Insulated concrete forms are a great building method for energy efficiency, flexibility in design, and noise attenuation. We are proud to include this building method in our ongoing Central Grip project. Take a look at the video below to see a live pour.

As having multiple OSU Alumni, CRC Inc always looks for opportunities to give back to the community and develop long last relationships. Unfortunately, we didn’t win this year’s scramble but you can bet we’ll be back next year to try again!

CRC is proud to be featured in the latest edition of Environments For Aging Design Showcase for our work at the Westminster Thurber Community.  The Continuing Care Retirement Community is located in the Short North neighborhood at the corner of Goodale Street and Neil Avenue.  The highlight of the project was transforming an underutilized outdoor courtyard and creating an indoor “Main Street” themed common area filled with natural light.  The updated more inviting space is well received by residents and will serve as a template for future renovations.  To read the article please click on the link below.

CRC Inc. is excited to be building the new Coldwell Banker offices in Cincinnati, OH. The facility will consist of an open reception area with a large curved, stainless steel and glass reception desk. Several conference/meeting rooms. Large open offices. A coffee bar area with a gas fireplace. Glass walls and custom casework throughout.  SGA Design Group P.C. out of Tulsa, Oklahoma are the project architects.

We are please to be working with Wexner Heritage Village and Andrews Architects on the new Memory Care wing at their College Ave campus in Columbus, OH. The project consists of new private resident rooms, dining, food service, activities and staff facilities.

We are pleased to have been awarded the SourcePoint Multi Area Renovation. The renovations will affect a large portion of this 53,000 sq ft facility. Construction is underway with completion set for May 2015.
